Student symposium

Le comité étudiant du CQMF compte sur votre participation au colloque étudiant. L’événement aura lieu le Vendredi 8 décembre 2023 au pavillons Ringuet et Albert-Tessier de l'Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR).  Ce sera une vraie réussite grâce à vous!

Un plan du campus de l'UQTR est disponible sur ce lien. Les pavillons Ringuet et Albert-Tesser se trouvent respectivement dans les bâtiments A et B.

Une navette sera disponible pour un aller-retour entre Montréal et Trois-Rivières le 8 décembre. Départ à 7h30 du campus UdeM-MIL (adresse exacte Université de Montréal - Campus MIL - 1375 Ave.Thérèse-Lavoie-Roux, Montréal, QC, Canada, H2V 0B3) et à la fin du colloque de l'UQTR à 18h40 (adresse exacte Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières - 3351 boulevard des Forges, Trois-Rivières, QC, Canada, G8Z 4M3)

Summary

The call for abstracts is now open for oral and poster presentations. We encourage all QCAM students and postdoctoral researchers to submit an abstract in one of our six research axes before the30November 2023 by clicking on this link

Presentations

Poster presentations: The maximum size allowed for posters is90 cm in width and 110 cm in length in portrait format (vertical). The materials needed to attach your posters to the panels will be provided on the day of the conference, and we suggest you install them during the reception, coffee breaks or during lunch time. Be sure to remove them at the end of the poster session, as any uncollected displays will be disposed of by the organization.

Oral presentation:The time and location of your presentation, as well as the final event schedule, can be found in the schedule below. The duration of oral presentations is15 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions.
